If I could give a zero star I would?ve It's been 2 winters since I bought my winter tires with them and everything time I found myself having to come back there so they can fix the problem but everything time I left there with no answer and a bad attitude from the manager saying that it's not their problem. The first one was that they couldn't set the tpms in my car and they said it was my car problem and I should bring it to dealership and I would but luckily I did my inspection at Steven Wilder before that and without asking the fix the problem and I didn't even asked for it, they said it was a simple things and they couldn't understand why town fair tires couldn't do since it is their job. The second one this time is that my tpms is not reading accurate (it's been a couple of weeks like that) I went to them again with proofs pictures not just from one day but many, the manager (same than the last time) came out to check and said the the sensor is fine and it's the new car things that in order for me to have a accurate reading I need to drive first, which first of all, my car is a 2018 in second of all my car never had that problem before, he did even look at the pictures and proceeds to repeat the same thing again as he wasnt listening to what I was saying to him and I also told him if I go to a mechanic and they said that the TPMS is bad are you gonna give me so reembulse and h said it's not their problem. In my opinion, paying a little extra To have a good job be done at your car is better than go to a ?cheap? place that they claim that they know what they?re doing but when something actually come up that is because of them they completely ignore you. Awful place to go and terrible customer service. If after read that you decided to still go there to pray that your car never gets a problem because of them because you?re gonna be screwed.....
